At Arsh Studio, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely to your doorstep.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

We currently ship all over Pakistan.

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary during sales, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

• We may offer Free Shipping on selected promotions or above a specific order value (if applicable).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for customer convenience.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct. Arsh Studio will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability, the order may be canceled.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures for quick resolution.

International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. For international orders, please contact us before placing the order.
